Krista Keeney graduated from Georgia State University in 1996 and began her career in real estate in 2006. Specializing in the luxury new construction residential market, Krista has fine-tuned her knowledge base, having managed each phase of the construction, contract, and closing process for over two hundred million dollars in real estate closings. Interfacing between lenders, buyers, builders, city inspectors, private home inspectors, appraisers and closing attorneys, Krista has encountered and resolved a myriad of unforeseen things that have come up during the home-buying process.
